1. Male/Female max age 35 Years
2. Service oriented, good communication, high motivated and responsive
3 . Experience in Contact Center & able to work under pressure
4 . Fluent in MELAYU and ENGLISH (Handle Customer Malaysia)
5. Willing to work with a shift schedule and work as team 

Handle Customer Malaysia.
Management and resolve customer complaints
Provide product and service information to customers
Document all interaction and information according to standard operating procedures
Provide good and correct service in accordance with established standards
Escalating to related units regarding requests from customers that require follow-up
Able to achieve the specified target (KPI), including the quality and quantity of service according to the agent level
